It’s a sketching of an owl with blue eyes, just like the one in our neighborhood, I guess.

There are two birds in the garden, tweeting around and eating food.

This painting captures the beauty of a solitary goldfish in a world of liquid tranquility. The light on the water's surface dances with the vibrant hues of the fish, creating a harmonious symphony of gold, orange, and hints of crimson.

I use bright colors to express the color of the bird itself, also use short brushstrokes to express the texture, then add highlights to express light and shadow. On the background, I used blurry but bright colors to show the atmosphere of spring.

The water trickled through the rocks glistening golden in the sunlight, drops of glimmering yellow flying through the air. In the distant , chirping birds weaved in and out of the thick foliage, singing a welcoming song as a pair cranes took flight.

Ducks splashing in the pond and enjoying the calm waters.

A painting based on a picture taken when walking back to the hotel from Kaminarimon, Asakusa. Watercolor is used to express the hazy beauty of the night.

A young girl with black hair, wearing fancy red clothing, looking back her shoulders.

In Chinese mythology the red line of fate is thought to connect destined people and bring them together. Alluding to this concept of fate and incorporating it within the innocent act of playing Cat’s Cradle, I depict my realization of the large impacts that seemingly small actions from my childhood have had on my life–and the power I now hold over my future.
