To apply for membership, please complete our Google Form or scan the QR code to apply.
Membership Payment
There are two ways to submit your membership payment:
1. Personal check. Payable to SDCACS, mail it to :

2. Send payment via ZELLE to: sdcartcultural@gmail.com. You can also scan the QR code to pay. Please write your full name in the memo.
